MONDAY - May 5
1. Finish "The Jackie Robinson Story" and answer SUMMATIVE questions (worksheet)
(If you need the link to the movie, look at the blog from last week.)
2. Make sure you have gather all of your information for the timeline before tomorrow - there will be a check tomorrow and we will start putting the timelines together tomorrow.

TUESDAY - May 6

1. Finish Test (if needed)
2. Start looking at timeline websites if you want to use them for the project

THURSDAY - May 8

1. Work on Sports History Connections Timeline - TIMELINES DUE MONDAY (12TH)
You can create your timeline on your own or use one of the following sites:
-dipity.com    (for both of these you do have to sign up for a free account)
    -timetoast.com
You need to include all 10 of your events (with at least one visual for each) and all 10 connecting events (with a visual for each) - look over the project directions for specifics on this

Timeline Hints:
Know what dates you have & what intervals you need:
*Start by listing your events in order with their dates
*Figure out your start and end dates
*Figure out how many events fit into particular time intervals
*Notice any major gaps without events
*Decide on time=distance intervals ( ____ years = ____ inches)
Create the Original Timeline without Specifics
*Put the interval dates on the timeline first
*Write in any breaks (start/stop points) -----/ /----- (EXCEPT FOR BREAKS, INTERVALS MUST STAY THE SAME THE ENTIRE TIMELINE)
Finish Off Timeline
* Put just the dates down first lightly
*Decide how the events (and their visuals) will fit onto the paper without overlapping
*Add the events and visuals neatly (don't crowd or overlap)

FRIDAY - May 9
1. Final Work Time on Timelines - Due Monday!
